Since our company was established in 1996, we’ve had a finger on the pulse of the dynamic London property market, providing clients with unparalleled end-to-end services in sales, lettings, and property management.

We pride ourselves on seamlessly blending professionalism with a warm personal touch, making us the go-to agency across prime areas such as St John’s Wood, Bloomsbury, Marylebone, Mayfair, and King’s Cross.

With international ties across Asia and the Middle East, we’ve established a strong presence in Dubai, enabling us to bring our unique approach and expertise to clients around the globe.

For the last five years, we have also built a powerful real estate development operation across the UK, leveraging a well-established and robust network to provide investors access to real estate opportunities otherwise captured by large institutions and funds.

Oliver Youlden Director

Oliver enjoyed an early career in finance before making the leap into real estate. Since joining BPS London in 2015, he has rapidly advanced within our boutique firm, progressing from Property Manager to his current role as Director. Nowadays, Oliver oversees all aspects of our day-to-day operations and plays a vital role in driving the company’s continued growth and strategic direction. Oliver is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Mahir Vachani Director

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Mahir has been a driving force for BPS London’s continued success and evolution for over a decade. On top of overseeing and executing the sales and lettings operations, he plays a key role in the company’s fast-growing property development and investment division, managing projects from origination and planning through to development and final execution. Mahir is a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents.

Rohan Jhaveri Investment Director

Drawing on a former career as an investment banker – most recently at Barclays Investment Bank – Rohan is at the heart of the property development and investment division at BPS London. Since joining the firm in 2024 with the mission of expanding BPS London’s development arm, he’s leveraged his deep financial expertise to source, evaluate, and structure real estate opportunities that deliver strong value for all stakeholders. Rohan is registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Valerija Kotova Property Manager

Valerija embarked on her property career in 2021 as a lettings negotiator before advancing to property management. With her acute attention to detail, commitment to delivering exceptional service, and ability to speak fluent Russian, Valerija seamlessly assists clients from a variety of backgrounds. In her spare time, she enjoys indulging in her passion for baking and creating delicious treats.

Mitchell Murphy Sales Manager

With nearly 20 years of experience in the prime residential market, Mitchell brings a wealth of expertise from his previous roles at Knight Frank and Druce. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed sales offices in Marylebone, the West End, and Chelsea, where he honed a reputation for exceptional client management. Mitchell’s leadership undoubtedly strengthens the service offering at BPS London and fuels the continued success of our growing team.

Helena Penn Property Coordinator

With two decades of experience as a property administrator, Helena knows the property market inside and out, having forged an early career in Essex that quickly expanded to all corners of London. She has a meticulous attention to detail and is dedicated to ensuring every step of the administration process runs smoothly and stress-free. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the city’s vibrant restaurant offerings, spending time with her loved ones, and taking trips to new travel destinations whenever she can.

Martina De Luca Senior Lettings Negotiator

Martina brings over a decade of London know-how and linguistic flair (fluently speaking English, Italian, and Spanish) to her role as Senior Lettings Negotiator at BPS, where her ARLA qualification and expert lettings knowledge play an instrumental role in helping clients find their perfect match. Bringing with her a nurturing approach, Martina has a knack for making. Her green thumb magic is the real deal: she has a knack for nurturing even the most unlikely blooms into lush greenery!

Sheena Youlden Co-founder & Financial Controller

Having honed a diligent work ethic since she was sorting diamonds for De Beers at the age of 16, Sheena eventually found her way into the world of real estate via her passion for corporate finance. Since co-founding BPS London alongside Peter, Sheena has acted as the Financial Controller of the company, overseeing all accounting operations and financial reporting.

Peter Cooper Co-founder & Consultant

Peter is a property specialist with over 40 years of industry experience. His passion for London’s real estate market inspired him to found BPS London in 1982. As a landlord himself, one of Peter’s many strengths is his keen awareness of our client’s wants and needs, which has become a key element of our approach to service. Four decades later, Peter is still very much involved with the business.
